We offer packages to fit all sizes of weddings and budgets as well as specialty wedding packages. We believe in transparent, uncomplicated pricing because wedding planning should be easy and fun. Never any extra fees or hidden costs. What you see here is the final price you will pay. All packages include professional editing of every photo, high resolution digital images, online gallery, unlimited downloading, and printing rights.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Pricing and Packages

Do you charge extra for high resolution files, editing, or printing rights? Will our photos have your watermark on them?

No, no, no and no. We don’t believe in holding your photos hostage, making you select only a limited number of photos to be edited, charging per photo, forcing you to print through us, or any other nonsense like that. Your photos are your photos. We give you high resolution, fully edited photos with unlimited downloading and the rights to print wherever you want no matter what package you choose.

How many photos will I get?

We don’t limit the number of photos you get, but on average you can expect about 80-100 photos per hour of coverage. Weddings with more guests and/or more events will naturally have more photos. You can also expect about 30% more photos if your package includes a second photographer.

What locations are included in the collection pricing listed? Do you charge any travel fees?

We do not charge any travel fees within the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. This includes the Monterey and Santa Cruz area and Half Moon Bay at no extra charge. We are happy to travel to your wedding outside of this area, but additional travel fees may apply.

Do you offer any discounts?

We are happy to offer a 10% discount to those who serve our community like first responders, health care workers, teachers, and military.

How much of a deposit is required at booking? What is your payment schedule?

We require a 25% deposit and a signed contract to reserve your wedding date. Then, you have until 30 days before your wedding to pay the remaining balance.

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with a credit card?

You can pay by check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments.

How will we get our photos?  And how long will it take?

We deliver your photos in a beautiful online gallery divided by chapter of your day.  For weddings and elopements, you can expect to receive your full gallery within 3 to 4 weeks after your wedding.  For engagements, you can expect to receive your gallery within 1 to 2 weeks after your session.

Can I get a sneak peek?

Yessss!  We love sneak peeks!  Just let us know you’d love to have one and we will send a few sneak peek photos your way the next day!

Can I order professional quality prints and wall art from you?

Absolutely! You can order high quality prints, wall art, and more from our trusted professional printing lab.

What type of wedding albums do you offer?

Our heirloom wedding albums are handcrafted, archival quality, flush mount, lay flat photo albums that will preserve your wedding memories for generations (over 100 years). The albums have your choice of luxurious cover materials like genuine Italian full grain leather, fine linen, suede, velvet and more. Each page is custom designed by us and printed on extra thick, rigid pages that are soft and smooth to the touch. The standard heirloom album includes 20 pages with the option to add more if you wish.
